I take these everytime I start to feel that "off: cold coming on feeling, or a slightly sore throat, etc. Knock wood, these have seemed to tamp down any cold coming on. Taste good as a bonus.

Good value for the money. Flavors are good. No aftertaste!

I like the fruit flavor of these zinc gels. I use these instead of the sublingual tablets because the tablets tend to upset my stomach. I take them every time I think a cold is starting up. Not sure if they work or not but I haven’t been sick for more than a day in 3 years....

This product, over many years, has simply allowed me to cut down on my bothersome head colds by maybe 90-95% versus what I used to get. That means FAR LESS CHANCE of something worse like bronchitis, Covid, pneumonia, creeping in. A product like this, the only thing that matters is does it work. For me, absolutely does beyond expectations.
