I have a lot of hair and not the smallest head and the hat fit very well. The hole for the ponytail was in the perfect spot and really helped keep my long, thick hair up and out of the way for hiking. The bill it big and shaded my face and kept me from getting sunburned or getting too much color. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the button on top of the hat popped off after only two days of wear and I can't get it to go back on and stay put - might have to try super glue.

I’m not entirely impressed by the hat, when I opened it from the package it had a huge indent in the front, I’ve tried to steam it out and it’s still there. It is just a cosmetic flaw. The design itself is nice, it fits my thick hair in the slit and looks cute (even with the indent). Going to order another with hopes of getting one without an indent.

Unfortunately, the hat did not fit correctly and was very small. I had read reviews and reviewed measurements and felt comfortable with my purchase, until I received it. The hat slid up and would not stay down above my ears. I do have thick hair, but others had said they had no issue - wrong. This is not made for someone with a larger head and thick hair; even my 11 year old was unable to wear it due to the fit.

I love the hat, but I got the black one and it was the Velcro not the criss cross. It is still fully worth it and it allows me to wear my hair comfortably while also wearing a hat. I would definitely recommend. Only gave it 4 stars because it was not clear in how the back was.

I thought it was a cute hat. I read reviews, saw that the ponytail hole wasn't elastic, and that can be a problem if you have thicker hair, but the hat did not fit down near my ears like the picture. I did look at the measurements on the description and measured it against a hat I have - it seemed like it should have fit, but was about 2 inches above that shown in the picture. It is cute, nice looking hat, but just fits too small.

Im not a hat person but I planned to go to the lake and wanted something to cover my face and hide my wet hair after swimming. Ive had girls stop me and ask about it because I can wear a high ponytail with this cap. Its a good quality, no sewing has come out, velcro is sturdy, its comfortable to wear all day. Im offically a hat person!

Ordered these for my wife for Christmas. She was always saying how she wanted hats like this and I didn't know they even existed. Went ahead and looked them up on amazon and bam! There they were! She loves these hats and the type that I got here. She wears these all the time now. Arrived as expected nothing looked off. Good product for the price.

For some reason, I love these and thing they’re so cute. I’ve worn baseball caps with a ponytail for years, but I prefer these for wearing my hair up in a cap with a messy bun poking out. Pair with a great pair of hoops or threader chain earrings and your ready to go!
