This supplement is billed as being good for heart health. Many more properties are attributed to garlic, including boosting the immune system. Bronchitis made its way through my workplace. Despite being exposed to disease, I did not come down with anything. I seemed to feel the garlic working. It has repeated on me a couple of times and it can be smelled on the breath.

These garlic capsules have a minor smell, and they don't leave my breathe smelling like garlic. It's a good product that I like.

I have taken garlic for years but had always used Nature made. They disconnected their Garlic so I had to find a new brand. Definitely has above and beyond the garlic supplements that I wanted to take daily. I'm really satisfied with this purchase and it doesn't leave a strange aftertaste like I've had with some garlic supplements. Packaging is high-quality and although the price might be slightly higher than some alternatives, I think the quality of the ingredients makes it worth it
