I’m 5’7 I ordered a xl I’m top heavy if u know what I mean lol… but the shirt fits great I work outside all day…. I be sweating but …. Your shirt will dry right on up! I love the pocket I can put my iPhone in it and my pen on the other side or or my sleeve I have wash the shirts and it still fits good… but I haven’t put the shirt in a dryer yet..

Reflective strip is pulling away from garment. I wash in cold water and air dry so temp care has nothing to do with deterioration. Which I could return it but I can’t because return period has already passed unless you guys want to send me a replacement. It barely served me 2 months. App takes forever to load photo
