These are a bit fiddly. You don’t need to pinch the springs to put them onto the posts to your earrings, you just push them on which makes them easier to use. You just pinch them when you want to remove them. Once they are on the posts they feel secure and even if you lean on your ear they don’t stick into your ear or side of you neck/head so comfortable to wear
