Great organic product for the best price I could find. I use Cashews mainly in my home made dressings and soup recipes. These work really great. I just soak in hot water for a few minutes before adding to blender and they blend smooth very well. Great price. I will keep buying this product.

I’ve never purchased “raw” cashews before. I don’t like buying pre-roasted cashews, because most of the time the roast isn’t dark enough - no flavor. With buying “raw”, I can roast these at 325° in the oven for about 12 to 14 minutes, and get the medium dark roast and flavor that I love. These are very good.

It seems hard to find raw cashews. This brand is great! Very fresh and good value!
