Actaully wasnt sure what to expect in taste but its actually best one ive tried the ginger and Turmeric really comers through and maybe its actually better for me , sugar free too , and for 4 ish quid simply cant go wrong

I like to use these for better water retention than just drinking water. The added vitamin c and d is handy, though that does limit you to one per day. The taste isn’t too bad, even the turmeric and ginger flavour!

Various supermarkets sell this kind of product. Did a wee bit of a price comparison without the aid of a Russian accented meerkat, This price is the best value!I can’t live without this product now! Advises taking twice daily, I put 1 of these in water 2 thirds of a glass full. I put it in the fridge overnight, remove in the morning whilst the kettle is boiling for my cuppa, I give it a quick stir, to shift the sediment and it’s the most delicious refreshing drink! I’m guessing it’s worked in some way with me, because I really do feel more energised since starting this routine a few months ago!
