I've been using these a lot since they came, and they are indeed sharp as can be and stay that way, so far. They're cute colors and sturdy enough to cut through some harder fruits like apples or thick-skinned lemons. I think they're a steal for the price, and do not regret buying them for a second. I don't know how they stay so sharp, but they literally cut like a razor blade, so I love them for slicing things thinly.

I don't really have anything negative to say my feeling is neutral I'm not sure I would buy them again they seem to be flimsy they are sharp the case stays on the blade well I have them in my RV their size is perfect for a long time product I don't think I would buy them again but where I will only be using them on the weekends through the season I think they're a great buy
