All that you need to know about coffee
I think that this is a good book for every person who love coffee. It has the exact information that you will need. I felt that some books have a lot of information some of them too much to be honest with you.

a concise barrista guide
very informative-concise and excellent reference book for the future

Poor quality print.
The one star is nothing to do with the author as Scott Boa is an industry god.The one star is for the quality of print and picture quality, printing looks like its been copied off a low quality photocopier.Would have kept this book otherwise but sue to poor quality printing it was returned.

Great content poor production
This information in this book is great but the print quality is awful. The images are B&W and some are so poor they are not worth having. I was also a bit surprised but he authors continued use of Fahrenheit and ounces. Yes he is from the USA but has worked all round the world and in many areas where the metric system is used. There is temp conversion chart in an appendix but…So if you are looking for details about the process of coffee making and the science involved it is very useful but given the price and print quality it is very poor value for money.
